Welcome to AXJ
You are the news. Your voice, your documents, and your questions about who actually holds your loan belong here.
Why this network exists
AXJ exists so people can publish, investigate, and share information without asking permission from a bank, a trust, or a newsroom that will not touch the file. This site is part of that network: real-time pages, member publishing, and practical reporting on civil rights, political rights, and the paperwork that decides whether a foreclosure has standing.
Why this page exists
Many homeowners never get a clear answer to a simple question: who really owns this loan — if anyone? Notes were sold, assigned, pooled, and securitized. Endorsements were missed, late, or incomplete. The party trying to foreclose is not always able to show it is the person entitled to enforce the note. That gap is not a slogan. It is a paper trail.
The Audits section on this site is an informational briefing on Mortgage Compliance Investigations LLC (Texas PI license #A20449) — a licensed private investigation firm that performs forensic mortgage audits and chain-of-title work for homeowners facing foreclosure or ownership questions.
They are not a law firm. They do not give legal advice and they do not guarantee a court result. What they do offer is investigation: assignments, endorsements, transfers of the note and mortgage or deed of trust, securitization documents when a loan was placed in a trust, a written report, and, when they believe it is warranted, a sworn affidavit intended for use in court.
- Typical quoted range: $2,600–$3,500
- Money-back guarantee if the investigation finds nothing
- Free consultation
- Usual turnaround: 5–10 business days after documents arrive
They contrast licensed PI work that can support a sworn affidavit with unlicensed “audit mills.” Courts treat securitization and chain-of-title arguments differently by state. A finding in a report is not a ruling. Anyone considering foreclosure defense should talk to a licensed attorney in the relevant state.
What AXJ asks of you
Bring the loan file. Ask who holds the note. Publish what you find — or what you cannot find. Join as a member if you want to run your own AXJ-branded page and put your reporting on the network 24/7/365. AXJ is built so members, not a single owner, carry the story. One world in peace is the line. Actions for justice is the work.
