The Barton case

In 2016 Veteran Byron Barton had to fight the worst battle of his life, and that of his family, against none other than J.P. Morgan Chase.
AXJ published the claim that Chase had no legal right to foreclose on the Barton property, pointing to a November 23, 2016 letter and court exhibits.
